Eligibility: We accept exchanges and returns for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or are incorrect, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. This policy also covers promotional items.
Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
II. Exchange and Return Process
Returning Products:

- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Procedure:
- Contact us through our Facebook page within 7 days of receipt. Provide detailed documentation, including photos and a description of the issue, to determine eligibility for return.
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the return is initiated as per our instructions; items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. CPTN reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on our assessment. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Customer’s Responsibility: Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal reasons or a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
